Who we are…
We are a Helping Hands Ministry. We do not draw people to our vision, but we came along side of them in their journey towards God’s will for their lives. Our focus leans heavy towards providing assistance to all that ask and desire to accelerate their awareness while at the same time increase their knowledge and understanding of God’s purpose for their life.
We provide multiple levels of counseling and consultation to individuals and groups for the purpose of accomplishing a better understanding regarding the significance of blending or rather bring together as one, (behavior and beliefs), so as to produce fruit that display a life in full surrender to God.
Our Passion:
We have a special fervor for leaders due to the awesome and persistent burdens that leaders continually face. We make full use of a bible based therapy process that produces exceptional results.
In order to strategically combat and weaken the effects of attrition, we position faith and reality face to face so as to target specific results. We at GMESG believe that through the process of enrichment planting and watering, we are able to assist others in becoming all that they desire.
In so doing, the result of this Leadership Birthright Initiative God will continue to lour us towards his designated will as He provide specific increase, as one’s call to a designated work in ministry is clarified.
Our availability:
We invite Bishops, Pastors, and church administrators to consider our position as a facilitating force and allow us to deliver the goods that God has prepared for work in ministry until we all come in the unity of the faith.
We are a human service provider, with a faith based success agenda. Through counseling, consultation, and seminar Training we have to our access cutting edge material as we provide spiritual guidance, and educational opportunities to those who request our assistance.
Special attention:
In big ways we target and provide support and current materials to ministries that are operationally small.
Through our affiliate Christian Institute, Bible College, and Seminary we offer access to degree programs that are self paced and that fit almost all special needs situations, to include financial barriers.
We deliver and set up on site learning modules as requested. Our efforts are traditional and non-traditional alike, yet we customize all of our services to meet the special needs of those that we assist.
About the Senior Minister:
Dr Ellery Cave, Sr., is a Counselor, Instructor, and Consultant who holds a Doctorate and Masters Degree in Ministry of Christian Counseling. He holds a BA in a Behavioral Science discipline, from St Edwards University of Austin, TX. He is currently enrolled in a PhD program with Jacksonville Theological Seminary, seeking certification and licensing as a Clinical Pastoral Counselor, with the National Christian Counselors Association. He is a current member of Sarasota Academy of Christian Counseling, since 4/08. Dr Cave currently holds ministerial credentials, with Jacksonville Theological Seminary ordination board since 2006.
Personal Development:
His development as a leader live on from a more than 25 year tenure through secular employment and offers more that 15 years of counseling and mentoring, as an entry level and Senior staff with state agencies in both Texas and Florida.
