THIS IS NOT AN APPLICATION FOR SERVICE! This question and answer session is intended to accomplish at least two basic goals. One of which is to formally notify senior church administrators and Pastors of an old system made better through a new technology; a new and improved, high Tech and practical means to more effective ministry. GMESG is a Christian Counseling approach to accomplishing the unity of the Faith where it really matters. We believe that if one member of the body is feeble this condition affects the whole body (The Organism). THE NEW TECHNOLOGY
Since the Human factor is the organism that transfers this success, we do well to recognize and make preparation to concentrate on the ongoing realities of this fact. The Continuing Education idea allows current leaders to share with others Leaders across the body in a personal and non-demanding way. We believe that this will encourage administrators and Pastors who in past times were excluded due to certain barriers. Smaller ministries in particular, will now be graced with better access to certain educational experiences that once upon a time they were not involved. These ministries will now have just as much opportunity as any other group to improve, upgrade or systemize their current staff development efforts at a level much higher than before.
